Ordering/Shipping/Contact

Order Process: Begin your order by filling out the contact form. If graphics or names are to be engraved, I will send you proofs before invoicing. Once our email thread has begun, you may send me any vector files required for the order. If you are only buying non-customized products, I can send you an invoice and production will begin upon payment.

Graphics: If logos are to be engraved, a suitable vector file is required for accurate engraving, and there will be a small fee. If simple graphics are desired such as maple leaves, paw print silhouettes, etcetera, there is no additional charge.

Payment: Payment is required before production, and will have payment instructions on the invoice. At this time, I am only accepting eTransfer as my payment method.

Shipping: At this time, local pickup (Edmonton) is the only method. I am working on setting up a courier account to be able to ship across the province and the country.

How long: Typically, most orders can be fulfilled in two weeks time. Everything is made to order, and I am a one man operation!

Things can go wrong sometimes, and I need to start over. Things can also go extra smooth, and I can finish your product early. My one guarantee, is I will always communicate where I am at throughout the process and keep you in the loop.
